ONE-DAY INDIVIDUAL INTENSIVES

Tailored to your individual needs, this intensive is structured around six one-hour inquiry sessions, interspersed with four short periods of meditation. In every session, we will do a different inquiry exercise, each created to quickly catalyze healing and transformation in a specific area of your life — for instance, relationships, childhood issues, health, sexuality, self-image, career, money, and spirituality.

After each inquiry session, we will meditate togetyher for fifteen minutes. This allows the insights and realizations yoiu've had to penetratrate more deeply, while also keeping you relaxed and energized throughout the day.

Halfway through the intensive we will break for a one-hour lunch. A delicious, all-organic meal of your choosing will be provided for you.

Once you register for your individual intensive, I will call you to schedule it. It can be any day of the week that works best for you, at any of the following times: 9 to 5, 10 to 6, or 11 to 7.

Then we'll spend some time on the phone tailoring the intensive to your specifications. For example, if you want to focus more on childhood issues, or your marriage, or money issues, I'll plan the day around that intention.

Lastly, from a menu that I will provide, you can select what you would like to have for lunch.
