Here's Your Magic Wand: How Tapping Can Turn Wishes into Reality

Ever since I first began doing EFT, my clients have been saying things to me like: “This is so strange. I don’t understand how an issue I’ve had my whole life can be healed in a matter of minutes. Where did it go? It’s like you made it disappear by magic.”

Because his healing was so rapid, I even had one client become convinced that tapping was witchcraft, and I was a witch!

After our first session, he didn’t come back for an entire year, when he confessed that the power of tapping had really spooked him—to the point where he actually thought that I had performed some kind of magical spell on him.

Is tapping really a “magic wand”? Of course not. But when used skillfully, its results are so rapid and life-changing that they often inspire this comparison.

It works by making things disappear, and it’s the disappearance of pain, fear, limiting beliefs, insecurities, etc., that creates the transformation.

Perhaps your self-esteem has never been what you’d like it to be, and no matter how any affirmations you say, self-help books you read, or years of therapy you do, you still feel bad about yourself. Or maybe you’d like to double your income, but nothing you try seems to work.

Do you have a dream you’d like to make into reality, yet it seems so impossible that you haven’t bothered taking any steps toward realizing it?

Tapping can help you with all of these things. All you have to do is figure out what inner blocks and emotional wounds are keeping you from whatever it is you want to have in your life, and wave the magic wand” of EFT over them by tapping them away.

“All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.”

Walt Disney

Of course, this is easier said than done, but it is fully within your grasp. In fact, the power to do this is literally at your fingertips! If you want to do it on your own, I have tons of tapping resources on my website to help you hone your skills and learn effective strategies for applying EFT to any issue.

If working with an EFT practitioner feels like a better way to go, I encourage you to do that.

And you can also do a combination of these things—working with an EFT practitioner, and also tapping on your own between sessions. This is the fastest, most affordable way to reach your treatment goals, and it’s what many of my clients do.

Here are some ideas of things you can do with the "magic wand" of tapping:

  • Transform your relationship with money

  • Lose weight

  • Achieve your professional and financial goals

  • Heal body image issues

  • Skyrocket your confidence

  • Improve all of your relationships

  • Make limiting beliefs, fears, and insecurities disappear

Whatever your wish is--to recover from a traumatic experience, improve your self-esteem, lose weight, find lasting love, double your income, travel the world, etc.-- I urge you to bring the “magic wand” of tapping to it. I think you’ll be amazed by the results.

When When doing EFT tapping on your own, if you aren't able to completely heal the issue you're working on, so that when you think about it, it no longer causes any stress, emotional pain, anger, or fear, I recommend working with a professional EFT practitioner. 3) Now put the memory title into an EFT set-up statement...

As long as we're carrying the past around inside us (which is just what happens to us as human beings--it's not a choice, and it's not our fault), it will continue to affect our present day lives--the choices we make, how we see the world, and the extent to which we're able to realize our potential.

Though the weight of our emotional baggage can feel overwhelming at times, there is a fin...
