Tapping into Success Guided Meditation

Video Transcript

I am just as worthy, deserving, and capable of achieving extraordinary levels of success as any other person on earth. The only thing that keeps me from achieving my goals is my level of commitment. I am now 100% committed to being the person I need to be—through daily personal development and daily discipline—to easily attract, create, and sustain the levels of success that I truly want and deserve to have in my life.

I know that to do this, I must be willing to stay committed to my goals and to doing what’s right (as opposed to what’s easy). I commit to reading or listening to this meditation every day, and I commit to taking the actions necessary today to take me where I want to go tomorrow.

I will no longer settle for less than the level of success and fulfillment that I am truly capable of and deserve. To create the life I want, I can’t wait for some day or some year in the future. Now is the time.

I fully realize that true success is founded in integrity and service to others. Therefore, I will always keep the well-being of others in mind in everything I do and say. In so doing, I will inspire others to help me because of my willingness to help them.

I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism by doing the inner work necessary to identify and heal my own issues, and by developing love and compassion for all of humanity. I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will inspire others to believe in me because I will believe in myself.

I will remember these words from William Hutchinson Murray: “Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves, too.

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”

To make this my best year ever and take my life to the next level, I know that I must actively brainstorm ideas, get out of my comfort zone and into my courage zone, take risks, and take action. I must focus on goals and projects that are outside my comfort zone, and I am committed to doing that. I will write down all of my goals, and I commit to reading them every day.

Part of my success strategy is to give up trying to be perfect and remember that in order to do a great job, it isn’t necessary to do things perfectly. I will not try to make everyone happy, keeping in mind that this is an impossible thing to achieve, and attempting to do so is usually a sure way to fail.

I know that some will judge me, criticize me, and talk behind my back, but I also know that others will praise, honor, and respect me, spread goodwill about me, and root for my continued success. These people will contribute to my success by bringing me connections and resources that will help me achieve my goals. I am deeply grateful for these people, and I focus my efforts on working with and for them.

I will invest time in reflection, gaining deeper appreciation and inspiration by asking questions like: What am I doing well that I need to acknowledge myself for? What could I be doing better? What am I not even thinking about that would benefit me and others by considering?

I will read or listen to this meditation every day, in full faith that doing so will influence my thoughts and actions, helping me to be the successful and fully realized person that I know I can be. Today and every day, I commit to taking the necessary steps to achieve my goals and realize my dreams.

Every fear is rooted in something. Sometimes it's a traumatic event, sometimes it's a belief, and sometimes it's a combination of both. In order to release the fear, you have to identify and release what gave rise to it. Here's how:

There's no getting around it. Grief is an integral part of life. Even if you've never lost a loved one, no doubt you've lost something else that was important to you. Maybe it was a home, a job, your health, a period in your life, or a prized possession. And if you haven't yet lost a loved one, chances are you will.
